Louise Stols
Managing Director
Louise Stols, the founder and Managing Director of Sahara Global Consulting, has more than 35 years of leadership experience in management, compliance, risk management and organisational systems. Her career includes senior roles within civil aviation, where she led regulatory programmes, developed management systems and successfully supported complex international capacity-building projects.
She has extensive expertise in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Safety Management Systems (SMS), auditing, regulatory compliance, organisational development and strategic planning. Louise prepared regulators for ICAO audits, established systems for civil aviation authorities, and mentored leaders across a range of operational and compliance disciplines.
Today, she helps organisations build practical, effective management systems that strengthen performance, simplify compliance and support long-term success.
Rennie van Zyl
Senior Management Systems Consultant
Rennie van Zyl brings more than 45 years of experience in civil aviation, accident investigation, safety oversight and regulatory compliance. He has played a leading role in international aviation safety, regulatory development and complex accident investigations throughout his distinguished career.
His expertise spans aviation safety oversight, accident investigation, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, auditing, strategic planning and regulatory compliance. Rennie delivered extensive industry training for IATA and continues to advise organisations on management systems, operational excellence and aviation-related matters.
Respected for his technical expertise, practical insight and commitment to safety, Rennie is passionate about helping organisations build effective systems that improve performance, strengthen compliance and deliver lasting results.
Adel Cronje
Quality & Compliance Support
Adel Cronje is an integral member of the Sahara Global Consulting team, supporting quality management, auditing and compliance projects across a range of industries. She specialises in data administration, research, statistical reporting and document development, ensuring that information is accurate, well-structured and aligned with quality and regulatory requirements.
Her work includes audit planning and reporting, developing policies and procedures, analysing project data, and improving documentation to help organisations maintain effective management systems. Adel's meticulous attention to detail and structured approach provide clients and project teams with reliable information to support informed decision-making.

Nadine Vermaak
Project & Marketing Support
Nadine supports the Sahara Global Consulting team through project administration, marketing and document development. She works closely with the consulting team to ensure project documentation is professional, accurate and aligned with organisational standards.
Having completed her ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems training, Nadine contributes to the development of management system documentation and audit resources. She recently supported the completion of audit checklists and continues to build practical experience across quality management and compliance projects.
Alongside her quality management responsibilities, Nadine manages the company's digital presence and visual communications, helping present Sahara Global's expertise in a professional and accessible way.
